Hi Everyone,
I've been tasked a project to clean up stock rooms and create rules. It seems that when I use a consumable, it shows up in consumable assets as consumed. I would prefer to not see it if possible. Is there any way to keep it in the table for reporting purposes, but hide it from view as a default?
Please help if you can

Hi Chris,
Do you mean when you go to Asset > Portfolios > Consumables? You could handle this in a couple ways:
- Adjust the Module to not display items with a State of Consumed. To do this, go to System Definition > Application Menus. Then find the Asset Application. Under this Application, find and open the Consumables Module. Add Filter Condition that states State | is not | Consumed.
- If you do not want to make this a change for everyone, you can just make yourself a Favorite. To do this, navigate to the list. Apply a filter to not display Consumed Consumables. Then drag the last item in the filter breadcrumb trail over the Application Navigator. Your cursor should change to have a + on it. This creates a favorite with the filter applied that you can access any time.

If you want to hide it in a different location, let us know, because it should be possible to hide them pretty much wherever you want, but the how can vary.

Thank you good Sir!
For testing purposes, I'm going with the 2nd answer, but when it comes time to deploy I'm going with the global option.
