I would like to be able to view all the impacted Services by impacted Configuration Items listed in the Affected Services / CIs related list, so that I can understand the true impact of my Change.
I want to view all the impacted Services by impacted Configuration Items listed in the Affected Services / CIs related list. The Impacted Services / CIs related list is generated from all CIs listed in affected CIs related list.
can you please provide an example what relationships should be be there between CIs so that they can be auto added in related lists.
for example: when i select a CI in configuration item field, the all related affected cis and impacted services should be automatically added when i click refresh impacted services in a change request.

Hello,
At present there is an existing on after BR on change request table "Refresh Impacted Services" which is running and doing the same thing. Please check that once.
