Regarding Editing the Workflow Activity

Hi, I am trying to edit a certain Activity in Workflow but even after Checking out the workflow it's not allowing me to edit it! Below is the screenshot for the same.

Any inputs here on how can I edit?

So I fought this problem for about a week. I almost don't want to share my solution because I feel so dumb about it. I did everything the forums said from multiple instances of this problem.

 

I learned that I could not edit the activities because I was trying to single-click the activity. As soon as I double-clicked an activity, it opened in a different window (the normal create/edit window), and everything was editable.
