Related Incidents Closure when Problem record is resolved/closed. I've gone through
As mentioned in Docs both the BR's are inactive and how the related records are being closed ? is there any script , Workflow, Flow ?
(I've Problem Management Best Practice — Madrid (com.snc.best_practice.problem.madrid), Problem Management Best Practice — Madrid — State Model (com.snc.best_practice.problem.madrid.state_model) plugins installed in PDI)

Yeah that is inactive..
after installing the above plugins these BR's are made inactive, and not sure how the related INC's are closing.
