This is button was add customize, but I don't managed to find, can you help me?

Click in add, after show a pop up and show button add all.

In configurations of the button add

I don't managed to find the incident_add_records.

Hi @AugustoObramax 

basically, you could open the respective record as a "UI Page". Unfortunately, in ServiceNow there are many artifacts which are not visible for us and this UI Page seems to belong to that class.

But the button - in case it's a custom button and not OOTB - can be found at module "UI Acions".
