Related List for Approvals not displaying

I am working on setting up Knowledge and publish/retire approvals for articles. I cannot add the approvals as a related tabbed list to the form. Below I show what my instance looks like and an example of what I want it to look like. The approvals options is not in the configure>related list.

Hmm... I didn't know that nesting a related list on the form would prevent you from putting it where normal related lists are.

Check your FORM configuration (not your related list config).   For a few versions SN has allowed you to put related lists "on" the form with a different interface for population.   It looks like that is going on here.   From   your form configuration look for hte Approvals item.   Remove it from form.   Once saved, go check your related list configuration and see if its available again.

First check which workflow is attached to the knowledge base. If Instant publish is there then the related list will not show. If Approval publish is the current workflow then the related list will appear.
