Related List Incident Number is not showing the correct incident number

Good Morning,

 

I have a strange issue happening with my related lists.  If you can see the screenshot below it's showing one number (INC0875225) but when I click on the record it shows a completely different number (INC0875224).  The incident was created via workflow using the Create Task activity.  The only custom action in that activity is assigning values to the task fields, but nothing with the incident number is even mentioned.  Please let me know if any additional information is needed.

I would log a case with Now Support. A related list showing data that isn't in the system is weird.

Do both INC's exist? We don't have any screenshot of the INC opening, but assuming when clicking on 875225, 875224 opens: can you open both records from the normal navigation and check on their sysID's? 

What shows up if you open the list view of incidents and you put that parent in as filter?

My apologies for the late response no just one exists and that would be 875224, 875225 only shows in the related list section.  I just did a search and 875225 doesnt even exist.
