Relating Call records to Incident records

Just double-checking that I've not missed something OoB...I would have thought that it were an OoB behaviour that Calls can be linked to existing Incidents and to be able to see OoB a related list for 'Calls linked to this Incident'.

Have I missed something OoB or is this something that needs configuring by ourselves?

Hi Andrew,

there is no any OOTB related list "Calls linked to this Incident", whenever you select the Type "Incident" in the Call form and press Submit, an Incident has been created with a Work Notes "This Incident was raised on behalf of Abel Tuter (architect) from CALL000XXXX", see example below:

There is a related list on the Incident table: Call->Transferred to but as Alberto pointed out, nothing on the Call table.

Cheers - looks like some DEV work on our side then to link multiple calls concerning the same INC and then to present on the INC those relationships.
