Reminder email for Incidents last update >30 days

I have a request to generate an email that would go out every week to the Assigned To for in active incidents.

Here is what I'm looking to do;

* Run a report on a designated schedule (Assume I can do this with Scheduled Job)
* List all incidents that have been inactive for 30 days grouped by Assigned To
* Send an email to the Assigned To and list all of their tickets on a single email (This is the one I'm having trouble with)

This looks great, 

To test I will execute the script, how can I verify the results? (Outbound mail is shut off in DEV)
