Have a client who is trying to export his KAs to SN but when he exports them the formatting gets brutally butchered. I am not sure of his process and have never used SD but was wondering if there was a recommended way other then the old fashioned cut and paste option and hope for the best so I can get them imported into SN

Hi @F3nix
To export articles from a service desk to ServiceNow, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Knowledge Base application in ServiceNow.
- Navigate to Knowledge > Articles > All from the left navigation menu.
- Apply any necessary filters to display the articles you want to export.
- Select the articles you want to export by checking the checkboxes next to them.
- Right-click on the selected articles and choose the "Export" option.
- Select the desired export format, such as XML or PDF.
- Choose the destination where you want to save the exported articles.
- Click on the "Export" button to initiate the export process.
- Once the export is complete, you can access the exported articles in the chosen destination.
Please Mark this as Accepted/Helpful as convenience!
Thanks &Regards

Will this retain the formatting? Their knowledge articles are nested in table format for some and others have specific spacing and fonts.
