remove the self-service view from Incident Module

Hi All,

  Greetings,

      In my project, Under incident Module, when I click on Create New button by default it takes me to the Self-service View. I need this to be removed completely and the new record form should open in Default view by default..

  I checked in Edit Module and also System UI>Views.. but there seems to be nothing to help me here.

  Is there some other place I need to check? Please assist.
