report on related links

can we make a report on related links? for ex:

in my form in the related links, there is a link named "view users reponse" where it basically shows the response given by an individual. can we make a report of that.? Basically whatever the user has responded, i want a visual approach of it so that i can add it to the dashboard. is report the correct approach even?Thanks in advance

These responses are captured under "Metric Results" table, you can explore this table and see if you can create a report out of it.

can u tell me the name of the table. i am not able to find with the name metric results. if you could give me the its backend table name.
