Can someone help me how to create a report showing average time to resolve a request item(RITM) using performance analytics?

Hi,
This is the OOTB formula indicator for this: "Average close time of requested items".
Make sure you are collecting the data for the 2 indicators in that formula:
[[Summed duration of closed requested items]] / [[Number of closed requested items]] / 24
and check the Publish on Analytics Hub checkbox to see the result on the Analytics Hub.
