Report that shows duplicate survey's

How can I create a report that will show me when a single incident has multiple surveys.

This was my only option as a related list but this isn't what I need because it shows no records and there are at least two incidents that have received multiple surveys.

Hi @Robert Campbell ,

You need to turn the report around. So make the report based on the incident table, and the related list condition should be 2 or greater than 2 - See below screenshot:

Hi @Robert Campbell

what do you mean exactly:

  • the Survey definition or any
  • taken surveys by users?

Maik

  • taken surveys by users?

We have scenarios where there are multiple surveys for the same incident. We want a report showing all of these scenarios. The survey only should go out to the contact. The contact should only get one survey. I'm not involved with the survey process currently, I'm only trying to help get the proper report.

My thought is the source of the report should be the survey and "joined" with incident but incident isn't an option for related list

Hi @Robert Campbell

Do you want, how many users this survey trigger for a single incident?

If there are 2 or more surveys for the same incident, I want it on the report.
