Report tickets opened between the hours of 6 PM and 5:00 AM for the last year,

Hello Team, 

 I need to report specifically  any tickets opened between the hours of 6 PM and 5:00 AM for the last year, as well as any ticket opened on Saturday and Sunday.

I know how to report on date ranges with the 'Opened' criteria, but I don't see how to report on a specific time range within a date range or to specify weekends only.

Any help would be appreciated!
