Request (sc_request) short description update as catalog name

My requirement was for a particular category items the request short description should be same as the catalog item name.

 

so i wrote a simple business rule on ritm below

Now i don't know what's wrong in it but i am getting rowcount 0 and as well the script doesn't enter inside the loop.

ServiceNow?  Why isn't this just written out of the box? Why should we as admins waste our time when the REQ should just populate based on what's there at the REQ level and at the very least use the catalog item on it?  It makes no sense to me that the REQ gets skipped by out of the box for short description and description.  You capture it in the notifications - why didn't you capture it to the ticket?
