Request ticket created from change is not getting attached in the change ticket related list

When requester creates service request from a change request he needs a relation to be established between the two.

In change ticket related list the Request no. should be displayed which is created from the change request.

I tried in my PDI, but i did not see any UI action to create SR from change but in Related List I can see the New / edit button and able to add the Req there.

is it something you also asking?
