Hello Everyone,
We have a requirement to automatically close an RITM if its state remains in Fulfillment for 5 business days. Additionally, we need to send a notification in Microsoft Teams when the RITM state changes to Fulfillment.
- If the customer selects Yes, the RITM should be closed immediately.
- If the customer selects No, the RITM state should change to Work in Progress.
We already have an endpoint for sending Teams messages. However, we would like to know how this can be achieved using Flow Designer, or if there is an alternate method to accomplish this.
Please help me on this?

through flow you can wait for 5 business days using "Wait for Duration" and schedule and then use "Send Email" flow action to send email
I am not sure if this is feasible -> you show 2 options and if user clicks that in MS Teams how it would update RITM
💡 If my response helped, please mark it as correct ✅ and close the thread 🔒— this helps future readers find the solution faster! 🙏

@sattar3 ,
Through flow you can achieved this as @Ankur Bawiskar mention use "Wait for Duration" and schedule (eg 8-5 weekdays) then after that the response from of Teams messages decide RITM state. i believe calling API call to Teams that already setup then you need to work with response from Teams and decide the RITM states.
Thanks,
BK
