restore an incident that has been accidentally deleted

Hi,

If you open that record, you see the incident number in the payload and if that is the record you want to undelete then click on undelete record button below. Plz see the image for more understanding.

Follow below image and undelete a record from the list view.

You will have to search incident number in display value below

Can you post the header aswell please and also open that record and see the display value( if not present on the record see XML)
