Restrict Non-Admins from changing the incident states to closed from list editor

I create ACL for restrict the state(closed) for non admins from list, But it's restricted like state field fully restricted, I want only remove closed state in incident list, I have attached the images, Please give any script for that.

  • After that I impersonate as "ITIL" user, Then full state field is restricted from list editor, I want only remove "Closed" state from choice list for "Non admin" persons. Please give any solution for this

But already operation in "List_edit" only.

But the ACL list_edit, doesn't that just prevent editing from a list and not remove a specific value?

Yea. I didn't catch that he fully wanted to remove a choice. I think the posters wording threw me off.

Not sure if you can remove an option from list-edit. Never read about it before but it's probably possible in some way.
