Restriction to users from accessing Service Portal

Hi Team,

We need to block a certain country users from accessing the Service Portal,and also the Case Management.How can we achieve this.

Hi Karan,

You can use portal redirection if a user doesn't have a particular role. Refer below thread

You can also use user criteria to restrict :
