Retake a survey

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find out how to retake a previously completed assessment, I know the "allow retake" functionality on metric type form but I am unable to get that in action.

I would greatly appreciate your views and suggestions.

Hi @Aman Sharma2 ,

Please follow the below steps:-

1. Go to Application Navigator and navigate to the respective Survey Definition Record.

2. Check the Allow Retake Check Box.

 3. Trigger the survey to any random user using the "Assign Survey" Ui action.

   4. Impersonate that user and go to the Service Portal and you are able to see that survey in the "My Assessments and Surveys" Widget on the home page.

5. User can edit his responses as many times as he wants  before the due date of the Survey. By clicking on the respective survey in the "My Assessments and Surveys" widget in the portal.

So do I need to make changes to enable the same functionality on the tiering assessment as well?

Sorry, I didn't get the meaning of tiering assessment. Please give me more details.

Hi @Mallidi Suma ,

These are the vendor tiering assessments (in application Vendor Risk Management), we associate tiering questionnaires(same as the assessment metric type) with the tiering assessments, which results in the creation of the assessment instances to be taken by the assessors.

I need to enable the assessors to retake them until their due date.
