Retake certification if failed

If some one has failed an exam , then till when one can take the next exam? for CIS ITSM.

When you go to schedule your retake, it'll tell you the parameters there, but for example. The system admin is this:

Hi,

Yea, the voucher unlocks the exam initially, after that, you work through that same "purchase". So to reschedule it, re-take it etc. No voucher is needed anymore after that initial use. And you would interact with it going forward through "my assessments", section, basically.
