Righ-click pop-up menu not displaying on Department page

Hello SN Community,

I cannot seem to get the right-click pop-up menus to come up on my Department record form - both on the top gray bar and fields.  I get the Windows pop-up menus instead.  Any ideas?

In the screenshot below, I have right-clicked on the "Name" field and I get this:

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Maria,

I think you need admin access to view column context menu. I mean when you right click on name.

For form banner, I think it should work. Please wait for the page to load completly and then right click on the form banner (grey area on top).

Hello Utpal,

I am an admin so, I have the access.

And I reloaded the form many times...same behavior with the grey banner. 

I am expecting to see this pop-up on the field right-click but I don't:

I found the culprit!  A custom UI Policy broke the page rendering.  I have corrected it.
