RITM not created from Request

Hi,

In one of our cases, a request has been created but no RITM. We searched all the possible reasons with no luck.

Please suggest why this issue happens and where to check to find the root cause? Thanks

Is this happening for only 1 RITM or for all?

It is happening for a particular catalog item and a particular user. For the other users it is working fine.

So this might be because of some create ACL on ritm table or before insert business rule. can you check that?
