I am using the flow designer for the catalog item process and when the approval is rejected, the stage is set to Request Cancelled but the state of RITM always set to Closed Complete. We would want it to be Cancelled or Closed Incomplete.

That's strange....!! Its only for particular catalog item where flow used.....or its happening for all cat items...??
If only for this cat item then there should be something in flow which is overriding it.
Is it possible to provide some screenshot.....??

Hi @Vishal Birajdar, It's happening for all the catalog items. I am trying to find the script which sets the state to Closed Complete when the stage is set to Request Cancelled but I didnt find related so far.

I think log a Now support case is only option.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG & @Vishal Birajdar We have fixed the issue. I was setting the stage 'Request Cancelled' after the update record action. I have moved it to before the update record action and its working as expected now. Thanks for your time and suggestions.
Regards,
Sunil
