Roles Cyclicity error

Hi All,

I am trying to relate Change_manager role under ITIL but I am receiving an error says

"Error Message : Aborting the operation due to the roles cyclicity!"

Please help me in relating these two roles

Sure

Baseline, the change_manager role contains the itil role.  

If you try to add the change_manager role to itil it'll then add the itil role again, and then change manager and so on - creating a cycle which the error is warning you about.

You'd need to go to the change_manger role and remove itil from the contains role tab first then you can add change_manager to the roles contained by itil.
