Same type of reports but one is not displaying data to the user because of an ACL restriction

Hello

I have an interesting issue. We have created a dashboard and added some reports in it. However, one report is not displaying any data for the user who has itil role.

(The one above is also request item, not request)

Both reports are based on the "Requested Item" table. Since the lower report displays data correctly, while the upper one has an ACL issue, it suggests that the ACL problem is specific to the data.

How is it possible? I got lost in the ACLs 😅

I will appreciate if someone can help me understand the issue.

Thanks

Hi @AysenurU ,

Report_view field ACLs prevent users from viewing reports that use the field specified in the ACL in the group by, row, column or aggregation.

For example, a report_view field ACL grants the report_admin role viewing access to the salary field in an HR table. When users with the itil or report_user role access a report grouped on the salary field, they see: Access to this content denied based on report_view field ACLs.
