SAVE button on report is grayed out

Hello All,

 

I created a report and shared it to everyone with ITIL role. But when I impersonated any ITIL user, I see SAVE button is grayed out. Is there a way to provide them update access as well.

I impersonated IT user who already have report_group role but he is still not able to save the report.

Try giving report_admin and check.
