Schedule entries showing different date for admin user and itil user

Hi All,
I am facing strange issue, i have created a schedule entries where i gave timings as 3 am to 6 am when i see from admin side it is showing 3 am and 6 am but when i see by impersonating and itil user it is showing as 2 am to 4 am. i don't understand what is the issue. even i check the timezone of the itil user, timezone is same with the admin user. Please see the attached screenshot and help me out.
I don't know understand how to resolve it and is it because of daylight saving it is behaving like and can't understand to resolve this. please help me out from this.

Are the admin and other users in the same time zone? Does it show the same time zone in their profiles?It’s a day list saving issue only. Please check the system property for this.

Yes, Both admin and other user are related to same time zone. but not sure why it is happening like that could you please provide the system property name so that i will have a look on it.
