Scheduled report email has hug blank space

Hi Team,

I've a scheduled execution of report.
Scheduled Report Config:

When email is sent out, a lot of white space at the top email body. WHy??

As you can see in the image 1, there is no blank space in the email body in the scheduled report configuration. But blank space present in the email body which the user actually receives

report is of what type?

is it coming as empty for all users?

Its a simple list type report. 
The report is attached as xlsx attachment, no issues with it. But not sure why there is a blank space before the email body
