URL Text Display

I am creating a custom field on a table.  I want it to link to a certain website but I want it to display other text.

For example, I would want it to display as "Blah, blah, blah" but when you click on it, it takes you to google.com

Is this do-able?

if you use URL field type then that's not possible

Why not use a form annotation and add HTML to it?

Its Not feasible with URL type field.

You can try with HTML field type . Under HTML editor, In source code (<>), you have to write ,something like this

<a href="<site_name>" target="_blank">Test</a>
