Selecting incident fields on portal (sp, esc) view

I'm trying to edit the fields that are depicted on the header section of the esc portal when a user selects My Requests, then selects one of the incidents, as per the attached image.

Simply adding the fields to the Service Portal view have no effect.

Appreciate any assistance.

Please navigate to Standard Ticket Configuration, find the one for the Incident table, and then configure the information you want to have displayed.
