Hello All,

Can you please provide the details on my doubt on below:

In Self-Service Software Deployment - ServiceNow and System Center solution you given approach we need to use three applications/tools (Service-Now, Microsoft Orchestration & SCCM). Here instead of three tools by using only service-now & Service-Now Orchestration is possible to complete these   Self-Service Software Deployment? If possible can you help me ASAP on approach on the same.

I will give you scenario here:

In service-Now One requester requesting a software(Adobe Reader) by using   Service Catalog Mgmt.

Once requesting according to workflow of out-of-the-box in service-now hierarchy at every level some respective approvals needs to to process request, Apart from that at respective each & every level requester will receive notification mail.

Here   not only ordering a software(Adobe Reader), after that we need to installation as well.

After installation completed finally respective information needs to receive by respected requester. This will be the final activity in this scenario.

Kindly provide the solutation on the same if it is possible instead of 3 tools it possible to implement by Service-Now & Service-Now Orchestration ?

Hi there -- in the example solution you linked to, that does use Microsoft System Center Orchestrator as the integration point. If I understand correctly, you're also asking whether software deployment can be achieved using only ServiceNow and SCCM, and the answer is yes. Please take a look at this app, which can be installed directly into your ServiceNow instance to integrate with SCCM for software installation without any other requirements (no orchestration platform or ServiceNow Orchestration required).
