Send Email button on CSM Agent Workspace not working???

Hi Experts,

Send Email button for Reply emails is not working in the CSM Agent Workspace, in fact when I click on "Send Email" button nothing is happening and no error messages are appearing 

Any solution is highly appreciated

FYI, we recently migrated to ROME version

Kindly create HI ticket with servicenow team, it must be a upgrade bug. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.

Hi Rasheed,

I have raised HI case no response yet and I have scheduled the PROD environment ROME upgrade tomorrow, do I reschedule it now for next week?

Hi Shantarao,

Yes please, you can even escalate HI tickets by calling their toll free numbers and ask them to make ticket as p1/p2 due to criticality , if you have not modified any functionality then it must be a upgrade bug. Hope that answers your question.
