Send Email button on CSM Agent Workspace not working???

Hi Experts,

Send Email button for Reply emails is not working in the CSM Agent Workspace, in fact when I click on "Send Email" button nothing is happening and no error messages are appearing 

Any solution is highly appreciated

FYI, we recently migrated to ROME version

I have gone through two treads but have not resolved my issue, Are there any other solutions?
When I click on Send email button nothing is happening only for Reply email? and it works well for Forwarding emails.
