Sent mails and Received mails are not showing in the Incident Activity Stream

I am not able to see a mail is sent to the caller once an incident is created/update in the activity stream on Incident form

Hi Sachin,

Click in Filter Activity (Beside Activity Stream) - Funnel Icon

Make sure sent/received emails option is selected

Hello

Is this for all users or specific users.

If for all users it would be mostly because the send/receive email is mot included in the activity stream How to enable it is already given in the other reply

But if it us for specific users please check below

System Properties > UI Properties. Locate the property labeled List of roles (comma separated) that can view emails in the Activity Formatter when "Sent/Received Emails" are included.
