Can we build in ServiceNow a separate conflict detection engine?
For example:
Let's say I have four change requests - CR1, CR2, CR3, CR4.
CR1 and CR2 are created from custom model 1, CR3 and CR4 are created from custom model 2.
All changes are related to the same CI and their planned dates are the same.
However if I check the conflicts I want to see that CR1 is conflicting only with CR2 and CR3 is conflicting only with CR4.
I'm looking only for a technical solution, I know this is incorrect from the process side.
