In my flow designer, I created a workflow where when a catalog item [sc_cat_item] is requested, an approver is assigned to RITM and a task [sc_task] is created.
But, Service Catalog Trigger does not work in Flow Designer.
When I checked Process Automation > Flow Administration > Today's Exections ,
there was no record of the history of the workflow running, so I guess the trigger is not running.
When I test the workflow in the flow designer, it works fine.
I'm having a very hard time getting the flow designer to work, so I hope someone can help me.

Hi,
Your flow is configured to run as which user? System User?
also refer this link which talks about some workaround for BR on RITM table
Flow not triggered by Service Catalog

Hi,
The situation was exactly the same as the one in the URL you gave me, so I was able to solve the problem using the method guided in the URL.
Thanks for letting me know.
Thanks,

I just tried to replicate, it works.
Below are the steps I followed:
1. Created a new Flow
2. Selected Trigger as Service Catalog
3. Selected an Action called 'Create Task' and fed the field values(check screenshot)
4. Clicked on Save and then Activate
5. In the catalog item, I selected my flow name in the Flow field
Initially I also thought it didn't work, but that was because there was a few seconds delay. When refreshing the RITM, I was then able to see my task triggered.
I hope this helps...
