In my flow designer, I created a workflow where when a catalog item [sc_cat_item] is requested, an approver is assigned to RITM and a task [sc_task] is created.
But, Service Catalog Trigger does not work in Flow Designer.
When I checked Process Automation > Flow Administration > Today's Exections ,
there was no record of the history of the workflow running, so I guess the trigger is not running.
When I test the workflow in the flow designer, it works fine.
I'm having a very hard time getting the flow designer to work, so I hope someone can help me.

Hi,
Your flow is configured to run as which user? System User?
also refer this link which talks about some workaround for BR on RITM table
Flow not triggered by Service Catalog

Hi,
is this happening for all catalog items?
Or only for 1 catalog item?

Thank you for your replay.
I tried to create a simple item and flow as a test, but the flow didn't work for this either...
Thanks,
