If we are logged in with SSO to service now we have to go to http:\\myapps.microsoft.com and click the service now icon.
Thats fine for the internal IT guys, but our problem starts when another employee is sent a link to an incident. Here is the viscous cycle they get stuck in.
1. If they click the link they go here.
2. Once they log in they go here
3. The message has to be wrong because we can login using the my apps page. If you click the link the whole cycle starts over.
Has anyone come across this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

we had something like this and engaged microsoft support, I believe they had to do a fix on their side.

Haven't tried this, but I found one MSDN article that looks promising: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/dn510971.aspx
It's talking about:
- Enabling Azure AD application integration for ServiceNow
- Configuring Single Sign On
- Configuring user provisioning
- Assigning users
Maybe you've missed one of these steps?

Hi,
For Idp initiated SSO is the user being redirected to the 'user identification' page once IDP authentication is done?
