Service Operations Workspace for ITSM - Recommend Monitor Resolution

Hi all.

 

I'm an organisation that is new to ServiceNow and the ITSM product.

 

With that in mind we are planning to go live using the Service Operations Workspace for ITSM for our L1 and L2 agents.

However, I find that this workspace requires a lot of screen real estate and that a HD monitor resolution of 1920 x 1080 cannot show all the screen components clearly, some even require horizontal scrolling. From a UX point of view this doesn't seem like a positive experience for our agents.

 

I know I can reduce the the Zoom level within the browser, but that just make all the text smaller as well.

 

Question 1 : What is the recommended monitor screen resolution to operate Service Operations Workspace for ITSM.

Question 2 : What is the typical monitor size and resolution used by your agents. Have you moved to larger monitors and resolutions such as 27" 4K UHD (3840 x 2160). Just would like to get your thoughts and experiences on that please.
