Hello Community,

How do you take advantage to measure the success of implementation of SOW and it's capabilities (Recommendations) for ITSM?

SOW is surely a good way to use now. It resolve major issue to open records in same tab , user can see only limited list which is useful for agent. 

 

In short it is good. Try to launch for limited user and get the feedback.

Hi Giga,

Thanks for the prompt answer. I'm looking for something more tangible in terms of analytics of SOW feature... This would be good to corelate to other incidents KPIs.
I'm using Analytics Dashboard but it seems basic adoption info only.

For this , I will say, download the Incident Mgt process deck from Now create and you will get more about SOW.
