Service Portal - Standard Ticket Header widget not showing for Granular Delegates.

Hi,

I am able to see the info region data in the portal but Granular delegate is unable to see those details

Hi @Allu Gopal 

You mean your Delegate cant see details which you see? Did you check thier access? Is anything blocking them to see(ACLs)?

I guess the widget itself is not showing any details because when i am subject person or Opened for i can able to see those.

Please look at this once and is there any condition stopping from the widget?

Yes it means HR cases are not visible to any other user apart from Subject Person and opened for. Check Access control on respective table.
