Service Portal - Standard Ticket Header widget not showing for Granular Delegates.

I am able to see the info region data in the portal but Granular delegate is unable to see those details

And the standard Ticket Information is,

How can I check for ACL which is restricting for Granular delegate. Is that like read access for this table ?
