ServiceNow - How to view ticket history?

Hello everyone!
I'm currently working front line infantry with ServiceNow. Currently, we are forced to document all our tickets using Excel and submit them daily (e.g. SCTASKs and INCs with states (Pending, Escalated, Resolved)).
INC00001 Pending
SCTASK000 Closed
INC00002 Resolved
I'm surprised management cannot do this natively in ServiceNow. Does anyone out there know how this can possibly be done? It would be a life saver for me, and the rest of the team.

You mean, you want to audit the table for example get the history of all changes for a record : for example incident table :
