ServiceNow - Slack Integration - Channel Alerting

Hi There, 

 

I'm having some issues with SNOW alerts in Slack. The Slack app was installed using the link below. Bulk alerts to a channel is working as expected as well as the integration to create and updates incidents within Slack. What I'm having an issue with is a custom flow to alert when a new incident has been created or an existing incident has been updated. I was able to get the flow to work successfully in a DEV instance, but haven't been successful in the production instance. The differences I'm seeing is the slack connection field within the conversation info action. The slack connection field is not available, although I do see it configured and active. I'm not sure where to look from here.
