Servicenow UNIQUE checkbox not visible in Configure Dictionary

Hi Everyone ,

Can anyone please help me regarding setting a field as "unique" in a table ?? Earlier there was an option of checking on "Unique" to make the field unique in table via Configure Dictionary but that is not visible currently so how should we do that ?? Please help me regarding the same.

Hi Jerry,



Right click on Dictionary entry and Click Configure form layout and Select Unique to be displayed on the form. System Dictionary - ServiceNow Wiki

Hi Bharath it seems I am again facing the same issue . As soon as I check on unique checkbox and save it . And then try to enter the same records it is not working as expected(means not unique allowing duplicate)   when I again go n check that entry in Configure Dictionary I can see that it Unique has been unchecked , what can be the problem can you suggest bcoz I am resaved the changes many times but it become uncheck when u again see the entry.

Go to the Left Filter Navigator   > System definition > Dictionary > New > Right click on form   > Configure   > form Layout > Slush bucket Window is Open

In this Slush bucket Search Unique in Available List >   Add   it in Selected List > Save

It will be appear on your form ,
