Servicenow Voice -ITSM Call Analysis

Hi,

 

I'm currently working in the Servicenow Voice app (Amazon Connect) for ITSM. As per the project scope, I was able to create a Interaction record, see the post call transcript inside the open-frame.

 

But the the call analysis section in the SURF page is not getting populated. The call transcript, call sentiment, call recording features were not getting populated, which are within the scope.

I did check the configuration multiple times.
