Hi,
In serviceportal when I use the widget 'Approvals', then it is not visible to many users except admin-role users, how to remove these role restrictions from the widget.
Thanks and Regards,
Jay

Anyways, I see you found an answer on a duplicate thread you posted: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=7049ba87db420d14e2adc2230596...
If you don't mind, please post just the one question so that all of your conversations and time spent by others is allocated to the one question. There's no need for duplicate posting if you can help it.
Thanks and take care!

Hi,
The widget is visible to anyone who has an approval assigned to them. I believe if they don't have an approval, they won't see the widget so that it doesn't take up space. You can see more settings about it if you press ctrl + right-click on the widget and then look over the instance options. You can see even more if you click the context menu icon in the upper-left and choose "open in platform". From there, you can see the roles and such.

Hello,
I mentioned more than that in my reply above.
Please assign an approval to this user as a test, does the approvals widget show then? As mentioned, previously, this widget will only appear if the user has an actual approval assigned to them.
